Body odor that I can't smell myself

Hello I was just wondering If you guys felt the same way as me. I feel like no matter how well I wash myself I still smell bad, but I can't smell it myself. Like I could be fresh out of the shower and I will still get people giving me weird looks. I think the cause of the stink is my sweating I my armpits but even when I'm not sweating people notice it. All I'm asking is for a product to elminate body odor, cuz the deodorant I use doesn't seem to work. I tried hand sanitizer because I thought because if eliminates 99% of Bactria it would do the trick but it doesn't. I was also wondering if fungal infections can be the cause of bo
