alert is right my husband david a full heart stress test as a captain for asc approximently one month prior to ingestesting almighty cleanse 7day cleaner 180 capsules on day 8 david went into cardiac arrest and died but was recessated.david spent 3 weeks in a cardiast unit on day 2 his dr. came to me qand ask me about his meds that he had been taking prior to cardiac and when i told him about almighty cleanse colon cleaner he without a doubt said that was what caused the cardiac arrest.it totally wiped out his electrolites and potassium and malnutritioned ,there was no other reason for this to happen to a man that haed just past5 a full physacl one month before this.after 6 months of being tube feed relearning how to speak swallow and brain damage from a lack of oxgen he is severly disabled now living on ssd. what needs to said is this product is not approved by the fda and if anybody out there knows of this happening to anybody else please respond back.
