I also bought pepto bismol for sulfur odor reduction I guess after reading this article it is hydrogen sulfide odor reduction. It says not to take pepto for more than a few days or a week or something. A safer alternative might be devrom it has a bismuth ingredient "Bismuth subgallate, with a chemical formula C7H5BiO6, is commonly used to treat malodor by deodorizing flatulence and stools.
