Re: Help please...Faith & others with food/chemical sensitivity

Wow, a lot of great tips, Faith. Thanks so much. The good news is some of them I am implementing now, but def. some new ideas too.

One interesting thing that stood out is that you said reactions increase during your menstrual cycle...I just got mine too and I wondered if there was a connection...could be.

That's odd that antihistamines never helped you. I am not really sure if the herbal D-hist is helping or not. But I tend to think it could be a little. I also tried a TINY piece of Zyrtec today. We'll see how it goes. I just ordered some Quercetin that should also arrive today.

What scares me about it is that I read it's like caffine, and I haven't been sleeping well as it is. However, the last 2 nights were better, and I did a magnesium foot bath for the first time both nights. I'll just have to start slow w/all of these things.

I was able to get in w/ an allergist that apparently treats mast cell this coming Mon. Granted, I'm flying from MN to TN for this, but my family's there!

Faith - as for winter, again, I"m in MN but originally from the South, so I'm terrified of winter starting. The low this week was like 14 degrees. I know that heat is a trigger for me, so I'm guessing that cold will be too. (remember, I'm from the south, so I already didn't do well w/ this weather!).

Thanks so much!
