Back to Oil Pulling!

It's been over a year since I last OP'ed. The last time I oil pulled, a filling fell out and I stopped doing it. I recently had a tooth extraction (the tooth was nearly gone) and my gums got infected.

I am willing to try OP'ing again because I benefited from doing it in the past. This time around, I will take better care of my mouth, so I won't have to go through another extraction. I have some organic virgin coconut oil I will pull with.
