Turpentine
Hi Folks, I have not posted on this forum for some time and have been using
Turpentine for longstanding candida infection ME/CFS for 2 months now. [started
Turpentine 16th September 2013]I have been ill for 25years.
I started with a few drops on a
Sugar cube every morning chased down with a glass of water. I have now built up to 1 teaspoon of
Turpentine on 3
Sugar cubes [a la Dr Daniels Although I have been taking it daily not twice a week.]
I have had lots of die off symptoms, pains in joints, swollen glands in neck, skin rashes, very sore throat, and great fatigue and brain fog. However I am now slightly better. The pain in limbs has reduced and I am on less than half the pain killers. Some days none at all. My chronic indigestion has gone, and I have a little more energy. My dreadful nightime cramps in limbs have more or less gone, and it seems to me that the arthritic nodules on my fingrers have reduced.I have been rubbing turpentine on these, and my split fingernails have improved. An added bonus as I play guitar. It has also started to clear the fungus in toenails. If I get it between my fingers and toes it causes eczema. As it does if I rub it on painful shoulders for more than a couple of days running. My chronic constipation and piles have much improved.
I am not advocating that anyone else should take
turpentine, I am just giving a factual report. I have recently taken a 4day break in taking it as most people say that you should give the body a chance to clear it out before starting again, which I did today.
I haven't made great changes to diet, but not sweet, booze or too much dairy.
The Turpentine I am using was bought from my local hardware shop in a country town in England and says 'Genuine Turpentine'.I am a women 67 years old.I will post again at a later date.
