The capacity is a big consideration IMO. A high capacity is more use for deep enemas ie back to the far transverse colon. Without sufficient capacity it is not really doable. Where you have to locate the enema device is also dictates which kind.

I prefer an enema bag hung on the top of a door using a plastic hook for attaching over doors. That gives lots of pressure when I'm near the floor.
