1 pound dried prunes,Sauce pan,Water
Simply put dried prunes into a large, glass mixing bowl and cover the prunes with cold water. Set the prunes aside until they are plump and full. At that point, you can remove the pits and put the prunes into the blender. Keep the water the prunes plumped in because you will need to use it, too, when making the juice.
Put the prunes into a saucepan and cover with water. Heat the saucepan over medium-low heat until the prunes are softened, stirring occasionally. When the prunes are soft and plump, remove them from the water. Set the water aside.
Use a knife to remove the pits. Put the prunes into a blender. Add the water and blend until well mixed. Promptly refrigerate unused portions. are you using high speed or slow juicer?
