Re: Please help me understand my cortisol test results

I don't know how your night time work schedule affects the 4x saliva cortisol.

Were you sleeping during the day when you cortisol was high?

Did you have some unusual stress or excitement during the middle of the day of the test?

Eventually I suppose you'll want to test iron and ferritin.

There is another type of "fatigue" due to a lack of catecholamine neurotransmitters or related problem. You could look up "catecholamine depression". Note: you won't necessarily feel sad or "depressed". Such a person might also have inattentive ADD. I have that combo.

Do you have sufficient energy when there is an emergency or for something that is very interesting to you?
