I just started taking MSM (2G per day), and I'm interested in what some people at this forum are saying about the necessity of taking molybdenum to metabolize the sulphur. I had a hair mineral analysis done a couple years ago when I had adrenal fatigue, and my moly was very low (.005). What is the best molybdenum to take and the right doseage? (I've seen the Liquid Molybdenum by Nutricology).
