The only condition that limits its use is a severe yeast allergy. For instance, I am allergic to candida albicans according to a dermal test, however, I tolerate S. Boulardii well. Most of the time, a severe reaction after taking antifungals is die-off reaction. Yeast react releasing metabolites when the cell is attacked.
