I've seen that referenced in a few different places. I am reminded that Gerson juiced raw calves liver in his cancer curing protocol. It seems that the Gerson institute now uses liver extract in place of fresh liver, most probably because of a lack of a reliable source of clean liver these days.

Anyone have any suggestions on quality liver extract?
