Frequent urination and bladder pressure.

I've posted here a few times in the past and received some great help. I lost a lot of weight , developed an ulcer and various other symptoms after taking Antibiotics long term. A stool sample shown I had zero growth of lactobacillus acidophilus and a high amount of strep and staph. H.pylori was suspected so I took a course of the herbal treatment " Matula herbal formula ". The herbal formula helped my ulcer quite a lot although since taking it I have developed frequent urination where I'll be up 3-4 times a night and in the morning have quite painful bladder ache and pressure. I was diagnosed with prostatitis when I was younger which is the reason I was on Antibiotics long term but I know this isn't related.

I don't think it's the teas fault this has happened , it's more likely it's somehow pushed some bacteria in to my bladder. I don't have an infection and I've just seen a urologist last week but as I suspected he wasn't much help and he wants to scope my bladder , I think for now that's a little invasive and was wondering if there's anything you guys think could help with the pain and at possibly clearing out any bacteria that may or may not be present ?. I really hope this doesn't stick around for too long , it's been a few months now and keeping me awake most nights which is frustrating and tiring.

I do still have an ulcer so anything too acidic isn't possible for me.

Thanks in advance for any help.
