Me and two others have been taking it for about a month now, also someone else i know has been taking it for ages and this is patrick mcgeans organic msm of which we all have bought as from what i throughly researched he isnt lieing about the msm with addictives etc making it not work as ive read so many people say msm doesnt really work and that is due to them taking unpure msm... We all find we have noticed good benefits from it and i would highly recommend it, our bodys are made up of 4% sulfur of which we cannot get from foods due to pesticides etc used on our foods that alter the effects of sulfur in the foods so we suffer alot of ill effects so using organic sulfur is the way counteract this problem.
