Balancing antidepressants with supplements during replacement (please advise!)
Greets!
I'm in year two of
Amalgam replacement and have 2 of 14 left to remove. Last week I had a large molar done (holistic dentist), and a premolar.
I'm doing my best to balance pharmaceuticals against a supplement regiment.

Supplementation
----
I have managed to buy a supply of 'Papaya Plex' today the first time ever buying enzymes.
I'm using powdered psyllium husks as a gentle absorbant ( 2x1.5 g a day)
Day Drinking: Homemade elderberry juice (an alternative to beetroot) + 650 mg TMG + Jarrow's B-Right (methylcobalamine and metafolate) + Vit C/ALA (sodium ascorbate powder, 1 mg ALA to 143 mg C) 500-1000 mg
Night Drinking: unfloridated tap water,
Lugol's 10% 1 drop, borax (1/4 tsp to L dilution, 1 drop)
Bedtime supplementation: 300mg magnesium via magnesium malate (tablet) + 1 x 5000 iu D3 in oil suspension (actual absorbancy varies, oil is actually an inefficient way to absorb it).

PharmaCons
-------
100 mg zoloft at bedtime
100 mcg eltroxin (levothyroxin) in the morning
~60 u novorapid insulin/day via pump
-------
My biggest issue right now is a swollen thyroid right after the zoloft at bedtime. I've had ~4 hours of manageable sleep since Sunday, and the dental visit was at Wednesday (3 days before Sunday).
My heaviest issue since the type 1 diabetes onset after the first
Amalgam filling has been severe insomnias 1x a year.
So what supplements do I need to avoid like the plague to prevent mercury redistribution and especially *seretonin spikes*? Zinc glycinate (NOW Foods 30mg) last year under similar circumstances (insomniaaaahh!) gave me rather uncomfortable effects (Seretonin Syndrome). I made a bit of nettle soup to help out my mineral state, and I use exclusively himalaya+unwashed
Sea Salt as far as cooking goes.
I already know about the dangers of ALA, NAC, and MSM for redistributing Hg load, thus my cautions of mimicing the food balance of beetroot juice when using TMG, and using small amounts of ALA to C. I wanted the qualities of TMG for aiding the detoxification of homocysteine, since I have had plenty of signs of anemia this year.
I had to catch myself in the act of reheating the soup in the microwave (nuker!), so went for boiled water added this morning. The drink of elderberry juice, with minimal TMG, B's and C is a lovely help, pulling me out of insomnia-space (weird patterns of thought, difficulty concentrating, mixing up words in talking) a decent bit.

So to you experienced folk, can I have some advice?
Thanks, and bless,
