Re: Chocolate intolerance
AF doesn't exist (see the other threads in this section). It's a made-up condition by segments of alternative medicine to sell us expensive and questionable supplements to "build up" our adrenals, yet most diagnosed with "AF" somehow have high cortisol levels when their adrenals are supposedly "too fatigued" to produce adequate amounts of hormones and other chemicals.
Most of the supplements recommended for "AF" are basically stimulants and basically no different than feeling energized from drinking coffee, but the energy will be short lived, of course, and cause future problems if you keep taking those stimulants.
Most people diagnosed with "AF" are under-eaters and all the symptoms attributed to "AF" are the exact same as symptoms of starvation/malnutrition (under-eating also causes high-cortisol!), so I'd first make sure you're getting enough calories per day.
Not sure about chocolate intolerance, but too much dietary fat can block glucose absorption into cells, causing high blood
Sugar and chocolate is both high in fat and sugar. When I was eating high-fat/low-carb Paleo-style diet, the longer I'd eat that way, the less I could tolerate carbs or sugar, but once I switched to a low-fat diet (around 10% total fat) I could tolerate as much carbs and
Sugar as I pleased.
