I don't have all the answers but I've been reading this forum for years so it's starting to sink in. I've also read much of what MH has written, including the Amish Newsletters.
There will always be more to learn - for all of us - but the basics are so simple that they're easy to forget.
I think of when I was a child … I never wanted to eat my vegetables … but I always loved apples and blueberries. Hmm … children are often a lot smarter than adults …
That's a good point about nuts; we can get by with a very small amount of them. And olive oil,the good stuff that is, is wonderful too.
You make an excellent point about seasonings too. Don't feel dumb for not thinking of it sooner, just remember that you've been brainwashed your whole life and you're thinking for yourself more and more. :)
