Re: Salt Water Flush while on Humaworm?

I did two salt water flushes on Humaworm because I was constipated, despite the fact that I was drinking a LOT of water. The flushes do work, and I didn't notice any adverse effect on the HW treatment. However, the next few days I had to drink a significant amount of water, and did not have regular BMs for about 2-3 days after each flush. I only did it as a last resort because of the constipation, and I didn't want to take castor oil or anything unnatural.

You probably already have a protocol for your flush, but just in case you don't, here was the flush I did:

1 tbs sea salt
32oz warm, filtered water

Drink mixture within 5 minutes, wait 30-45 minutes, then consume 32oz more filtered water (unsalted).

First time, it took about 2:15 for the flush to make it through, and then it was done about an hour later. Second time, it took about 1:30 for it to start and less than an hour.
