I make my own IS/CS(Ionic Silver/ Colloidal Silver ) with just DW(Distilled Water) and the 10 guage 99.99% silver wire. I along with family and friends use this in our eyes! There is no added anything! To get silver above 20PPM you have to add something, Silver will precipitate out of solution as room temp stabiity is around 20PPM. There is something added to the silver you have. Make your own and its works great for pink eye(my 22 month old grandson picked this up in daycare) by the next day gone!
