Did you eat any string beans?


If you wash those "parasites" before taking a photo, you would clearly see if it is fiber or something else.


Huge number of photos posted on this forum show vegetable or fruit fibers, and that means people are not chewing their food.

The no 1 rule of healh: Chew your food well!

If you don't chew your food, you may encounter digestive problems, even with no parasites.


Humans are not like sharks. Humans can not just swallow food and hope for it to digest without chewing.
