What kind of bug is this?

Hi, I have been fighting with parasites the last 2 months. It all started when I got off sugar as I got immense carb cravings. I blew up like a balloon each time I ate carbs.

I decided to go paleo. My belly kept on blowing up to a point that I hurt. I had brainfog and no drive to do whatsoever for several weeks. A friend recommended to do enemas. This is when I started seeing the parasites coming out.

It's been now 2 months that I do enemas regularly (1-3 times a week, depending on how many die off symptoms I experience). The amount of bugs coming out is impressive, despite the cures I have tried so far:
- wormwood + cloves + black walnut tea for 3 weeks
- an Albendazole drug, 3 one time doses with a week in between
- raw garlic for 2 weeks
- diatomaceous earth since 4 weeks

I took pictures of the main two bugs that I see.

---> What exactly are these parasites, can anyone identify them?
