Re: HUGE dead worms found in poop. What kind are they?

These look a lot like what came out the last week I was on Humaworm. I have no idea what they are, but I had a lot of them, as well. Do yours smell like "iron" or liver? If they are not undigested fiber (see note below), the only thing I could think is that they were liver flukes that got ripped up as they came out of the liver and went through the digestive tract.

I'm not sure if they were worms or remnants of something I ate. At the time these came out, I was eating a significant amount of leafy greens, especially spinach and romaine lettuce.

I will tell you that it is only $40 for a treatment of Humaworm. Even on the college budget, it wouldn't strap you too much to do 1 round of HW.

Also, if you're eating dorm food, do you have choices, and are you making good ones (fruits & veggies vs. mac & cheese, etc.)? Tweet
