Juice for exercise recovery

I am getting more and more into the juicing habit! I start a health live breakfast each morning, have introduced juice at lunch and soon will introduce a juice at breakfast. I have also started working out again. I use a rowing machine and also lift weights. I would like to make a "recovery" juice drink to help my body replenish lost minerals and to help my muscles recover from the exertion. I have heard that weight lifting and other aerobic exercises that cause extreme sweating cause inflammation conditions in the body. I used to take an aspirin after a hard work out and I would feel no soreness the next day.

I have heard that ginger and ginseng are good anti-inflammatory.... do you have any suggestions? I would like to make a good veggie juice cocktail for this.

Also, any ideas for juices to take before a hard workout? I like to stay away from fruit juices - prefer to eat the fruit raw and whole.
