Any raw unheated Honey would do

I believe that any raw unheated Honey would do, does not have to be any special brand, any special bees, any special geographical origin, just have to be RAW, and just because it says on the jar it is raw, it may not be always true.


Try to find a bee-keeper and get real fresh raw honey first hand.

Honey distributors often heat honey to convert it from crystal to liquid form to be able to pack it into smaller jars. Heated honey is not as good as raw.


I think using it topically is better, especially for those with leaky gut and candidiasis, or Sugar intolerance.

Honey is high on natural sugars, may mess-up people with candidiasis.
