Great! I will have to see how long I can do this for - I am thinking 10 days but it is very difficult as I have a family I am cooking for. My husband has been supportive but is on a week long vacation from work. It might be harder next week when he returns to work.

How many times have you MCed? This is my 4th cleanse. My longest was 11 days when I was single but my last one only 5 days now I have a kid!
