"YOU" would "think" after all these years, someone would want to make a little extra $$$$ by sending out of country.....but even those that resell on a larger scale, 'all" refuse to send out of the country..."they" just do not like the intimidation of the postal employees, because when a postal employee has to search for huge books listing every address in this entire world and then examine what you are sending and to whom-----that is something the post office does not do on a regular basis, especially when sending "herbs".

YET, when private people do it once / twice a year, it is no big deal for them and a hand full does for their out of country friends...

On the other hand, I have seen documentaries on your country and it would appear to be one of the most modern countries on earth----------------it would be nice to travel, but I swear, every year we work more, make less and always have less time than we had last year and I am wondering "IF" we will ever travel outside the usa again...but that would be a wonderful life it was not for the toxic airports and toxic planes...

They want to "zap" you and then keep you sterile while on a public plane.....something doable once in a while.....
