Can some body help me?

After drinking water I get a burning pain on the skin over right rib cage . I've tried looking for similar cases but cannot find any. Some times the pain can be so strong that it delays sleep (depending on how much water I drink).

On days when I've urinated sinificantly less then the amount I consumed, the pain worsens. Decreasing my salt intake has helped a little. I try to prevent my body from retaining water but it seems to have trouble releasing fluids.

Can someone help me to figure out what this is and how serious it is?
