i hit the weights 3-4 times per week during a 21 day Oj fast...i didnt overe do it ...but i felt fine...a little weak on the energy...but i managed to get rid of lots of waste!
think about the spartans...they went to battle with little food and didnt eat but small amounts usualyl at one meal a day...you hunt/work/fight best when NOT full of food...so i say go for it, but know your limits
