Kasima; Same as if you put bicarbonate of soda in different liquids, you can make a good splash bomb out of it, still not acidic.


You can take borax in one go, or in water throughout the day; your choice, I prefer the former, in a capsule, taken with my vit c.

The head ache. My hunch say that you are touching the issue yourself SS; some detox started. Salt comes to my mind too! Always with head aches.
Also consider the combination of what you took, could make your Iodine work better = bromide detox. Many possibilities.

Try taking it my way; 00 capsule filled 1/4 or 1/3 full with borax. One gram of vit c, taken with some magnesium, all downed with salty water. The IMAM would work too. Tweet
