PS I have discovered a really wonderful drink- pumpkin seeds blended with coconut water and strained through a nut milk "bag"
I just discovered this after buying some pie pumpkins, and blending up the seeds into a mash with my hand blender.
Yes, this is "off-topic for water fasting, but as I have done a few of those, and you can search my posts, if interested, I am now thinking to do a "fast" of this homemade pumpkin seed "milk", and wanted to share that--- it is literally one of the most delicious things I've ever tasted. and I know that it is extremely. I recommend the site WHfoods (world's healthiest foods) for study of nutrient.

Making this seed milk oneself (and what an amazing mix) seems to add to the goodness.
