Avelox (Fluoroquinolone Antibiotic) Side Effect Question

Hi, I was prescribed 400MG for 10 days to treat a sinus infection. On the 4th day, I began doing research on the medicine and called my Dr. saying that I want something else due to the possible side effects. I took this medicine for 4 days and I never took a Fluoroquinolone Antibiotic in my life before. So far I have not experienced any side effects from the drug. I am concerned tho, that I may develop severe side effects such as tendon ruptures, confusion, pain, etc. I am in my early 30's and in general good health. What can I do NOW to prevent getting any serious side effects, is there anyway to clear this toxin out of my body, what are the chances that I will get serious side effects? Thanks.
