Re: LDN use with Adrenal Fatigue/ Sleep cycle disturbance
Have you tried Methylcobalamin? About 5mg a day. I started on 1mg twice daily and after being up all night on a very regular basis, I am now out like a light just after 11pm. If I try very very hard I might make it to 12:20am but it's very difficult. The daytime is much better as well. It has reset my biological clock and now it is much more normal.
You could try a very concentrated high dose of Aloe Vera with Turmeric. That worked very well for me. It restored part of my adrenal function and kidney Qi (mood). However, you have to be extremely careful with it because it is very cold in energy, especially in the doses needed to force healing. It can cause an otherwise normally pleasant and unassuming person to have thoughts about harming others. When the liver energy is so disrupted by something so cold and add to that turmeric which tends to move the energy, it does have some very unpleasant short term effects. Once it's stopped, everything returns to normal.
I've done it myself and don't regret doing it even though I had to ground myself as much as possible while I was taking it. The improvement to my adrenal function and mood is why I don't regret doing it. However I have never found any Aloe as strong, having the same effect as I was using. I have drank a pint of Aloe at a time and not had the same effect, either the positive or the negatives. I was only taking 3 tblsp of the stuff!
You could try setting up an anti body response to the food molecules that are entering your blood stream. I have used that for many years to help me cope much better. It's the difference to having difficulty getting out of bed and walking several thousand miles. I've experienced both, the difference being how I eat. I guess it could be an IgE reaction that is created against the food molecules which tends to mop them up and prevent many of the symptoms that are otherwise present. It works for me!
