Ionic Foodbath Update & Iodine question...

Well, I finally used my DynaChi Ionic Footbath. It took me long enough. I have had three treatments over six days...and as skeptical as I was, I do have more energy...but most of all my legs already feel better.

My legs have been getting weaker and weaker over the past several years. I also have been having some crampy feelings in my hips. The crampy feeling happened years ago and I got rid of it with a long term master cleanse fast...but it came back this year...and for some reason I can't handle the fast any more.

The "tired legs" is new...and I don't know what it is...it might have something to do with having had polio as a child and now I am getting old...

So far the foot bath has gotten rid of it. After three treatments over six days my legs feel much stronger. In fact, I have more energy in general.

My hips still ache tho and so I am thinking of trying iodine.

I was thinking of buying it from Dr. Browstein...but he sells it in capsule form...which would not give me as much freedom in adjusting my dose, and it might be more expensive. What do you think of the pill form?

If I don't get his, can I buy it from you?

Can you advise me on how to work in the salt and Selenium...and the dosage I might want to start out on with the iodine?

In a nutshell, I am 66, and besides the hips I have probems with fatigue, insomnia, thinning & breaking hair, slight but annoying weight gain, nail fungus and ingrowns I may have to have surgically cured. (They don't just cut the ingrown out..they cut the entire nail right up to the quick so it dosen't grow back. Ugh.)
