Can you help me identify these?

Hi! I am new to this forum, but am looking for help identifying these mystery items. I have been doing a daily enema to help with headaches, fatigue and other symptoms that are a result of toxic mold exposure. There are often unidentified objects that come out first thing when the water is released. I went to my primary care doctor and the stool test came back negative for parasites. Anyone know what these are? Any insight is appreciated. Thanks!
