oh, my God, David, I misidentified your gender when I responded to Vincenzo, I am SO SORRY!! I explained to him that sometimes I do things backward -- I read all my messages front to back, then answer them in reverse order. I won't do THAT again!

I am so grateful that you took the time to write to me. As I said to Vincenzo, this incredibly timely and wonderful forum is absolutely exactly what I need. I don't abstain from coffee, unfortunately, and I cannot gag down the SWF. Otherwise I am doing fine and feeling very sure of myself that I have DEFINITELY and NON-NEGOTIALLY made the decision to NOT NOT NOT have surgery! Thanks again for your support!
