Breakfast-basmati rice
Lunch- a few fruits
Dinner-A fruit and sweet potato
Drink-water and some tea

I'll try hopefully for 30 days. If it reduces the odor I will implement some protein like hemp seed powder. Really been craving a hamburger the past two days and sugary drinks lol.
