You claim to not like meat but you show up and post SPAM.
Emotional, agenda-driven, non-factual Vegan propaganda. You offer no facts to support your claim about meat containing adrenaline, just emotional hyperbole.
Many posters here will attest that eating a vegetarian or vegan diet was a major aggravating factor in developing Adrenal Fatigue Syndrome.
I feel that stopping my "plant based diet" that I was brainwashed into by similar propaganda tactics...and eating more complete (animal) protein... was the best thing I have done for my health in decades.
