Dermol lotion

My son baths in dermol lotion which he is prescribed by the doctor as he use to get thrush outbreaks with any other products we used even the most gentle baby products. Dermol lotion is great but we don't use it on his face or hair, they have to be washed separately. I know there are a number of children with autism who can't bath in nothing more than water but Dermol lotion is anti microbe and should be ok.
