I noticed Terramin clay(calcium betonite) is much higher in iron and calcium than sodium betonite. Seems like the calcium betonite would be more constipating than the sodium betonite??
Opinion on sodium betonite vs calcium betonite?
Maybe the sodium betonite is better than the calcium betonite for people that have more constipation/digestive issues?
Possibilty of calcium betonite(higher in harder to digest form of iron+calcium) buffering some HCL or digestive acids therefore better to take an hour after a meal or in between meals. Seems like the calcium and iron in the clay form is a harder to digest mineral because it has not been broken down by a plant/microbes=requiring more HCl/digestive acids to bring it to a smaller molecule to be absorbed.
