sinus infection/ post nasal drip

I am new to making my own Colloidal Silver . I get sinus infections/post nasal drip. I have taken Colloidal Silver
8 PPM using eye dropper under tongue. It does help but, the post nasal drip won't go away. Can someone give me instructions on the dosage of Colloidal Silver and if I should be adding anything else to it.
My sister that lives in Ohio, gave me a small bottle she bought from her chiropractor it was for sinus an bronchitis. I only used an eye dropper full under my tongue with in hour it started loosening up. It worked well, but expensive. Can anyone help me or guide me on this. Thanks
