Was sleeping 2-3 hours back in April/May.Now 7 hours.
Digestion/ food intolerances much improved.
Far less anxiety, brain fog still around but i'm hopeful it may go away within the next few months.
Was taking ca/mg combined supp, lowered sodium intake by around 20%.Also started yoga in April along with lexapro.Upped lexapro to 10mg in July that helped with anxiety etc.
