Congratulations for finishing the parasite cleanse.
But more important need to find ways to chase the toxin realized from the dead parasite etc out of your body not around your body.
A simple liver flush helps. No need to go all week long crazy on apple juice and also a cup full of oil and citrus potion.
And also using a simple castor Oil Pack (3.5 X 3.5 square muslin fabric with plastic cover) hold on the tummy gives immediate relief for the blooding, gas, crumbs and much more.
