I would recommend that if you are feeling too weak that you make yourself a veggie mineral broth soup, and or a different time have a mixed veggie juice and see if your energy picks up.
The mineral and glucose rich drinks can pick you up, bringing some nourishment to your blood while speeding up your metabolism a bit.
But be honest with yourself. Sometimes waiting for the effects that other people have may not be the most important signs for you to follow. . . It is most important to use your higher intuition in deciding whether to carry on with your fast or break it.
