Mierna coil...are these side effects or am I ill?

Hello there
I've been searching the Internet for weeks for help. I had my coil put in at the start of feb this year. At first all was ok but now I'm constantly spotting and I have approx 6 days in a month where I'm not bleeding. My dr has scared me by saying that my bleeding should not be happening and I need a scan on the lining of my womb :( had a coil check last week and it is sat in the correct place.
My symptoms are tiredness, aching legs like I've been on a marathon and a few heart palpitations. I've also noticed my facial hair is thicker???
I want the stupid thing took out but this is my last resort. I've tried every method of contraception over the past 10 years (I'm 26) and I've always had problems. Please help! Tweet
