What Blood Tests Do I ask for?

I started off with c.difficile 6 months ago, got put on a whole slew of Antibiotics (almost 3 months worth of high dosage (metronidazole, vanocmycin, difficid) I finally tested negative for c.diff but I've had oral thrush, toenail fungus, and rash in groin area for awhile. Did candida diet for a few months and within the past month and a half my lymph nodes have swollen up. It started with just 2 on each side of my neck, but as of 3 days ago i developed post nasal drip/ runny/sneezy nose and a low grade fever (99.8).

I've tried everything I can to get my lymph nodes to go down but they keep getting worse/new ones getting swollen. I'm going to go see my MD on monday, what blood tests should I ask for?
