Gastric Bypass 5 years ago, Still problems!

Hey everyone. Pls help as this is for a friend of mine. I have helped people with acid reflux, but never someone who has had gastric bypass.

So my friend has had gastric bypass 5 years ago. For the past 3 months he has had burning sensation. Then started bleeding for 3 weeks, and had to be hospitalized and needed transfusions. The only way to calm the burning is to eat so he has been gaining weight. They cant see the actual ulcer or place of bleeding because they cant get in his older stomach.

So were in the Los Angeles area, if you know of anyone with a more holistic approach please refer, or just any extra info it would be greatly appreciated.
