If we use the classic medical model and weigh benefits to risk, then it shouldn't be used as the risks far outweigh the benefits in light of so many other choices that are available on the market.
If we use the classic commonsense approach, we'd use prunes, herbs, trace minerals, and chiropractic adjustments, before we ever considered using chemical toxins in the body.
