I want to buy a bottle of your SSKI . I am unsure which one and I need to be able to know how to do a gram because I want to work up to 5 grams. Or how many miligrams equal a gram. Some people do well on 5 grams and some do 100mg to 400mg a day. I need to understand the dosage. Im not asking for advice. And I need to know how much
