Each morning I wake up, make my wife a smoothie from banana, apple, celery, sometimes grape juice and a carrot. All are freshly juiced. I add raw honey to this...i try and keep her away from coffee...it works 4-5 days of the week.
Then after that is out of the way...Its my turn. I juice fresh pineapple + 10-12 oranges each day. It has to be the best tasting juice I have ever had. I just love it and look forward to it each morning.
I do drink fresh apple, grape also each day...sometimes grapefruit when I think of it.
I will try other berries as I can get them...i will aim for purple if i remember to
