thanks for the link, yes I was taking around 15 - 125mg of Iodine per day for about 2 weeks but it increased my bowel movements, at the minute I'm getting around 300-450mg of sea vegetable blends which contains an unknown quantity of iodine, I'll add another 5mg of Lugol's just to bump that number up and if I notice improvement without bowel disruption I'll keep adding more.
